The SmartForms toolbox: create checklists and forms yourself
Fields can be dragged and dropped onto a template. There are options for entering text or numbers, multiple selection, mandatory information, photos, a digital signature and much more. The preview immediately shows how a checklist automatically adapts to different screen sizes.
User-defined input forms and checklists are completed in the browser or in the KENEXOS® mobile app, which can also be used offline. Your employees always use the latest checklist version. The data is recorded digitally and is stored centrally in your database after submission.

With the help of a REST API (interface), KENEXOS® SmartForms can be fully integrated into an existing system landscape.
A REST API enables automated data flow in various directions. For example, data from existing systems (ERP, master data) can be made available in KENEXOS®.
Data records that have been recorded via KENEXOS® can also be returned or transferred to any other system.
Transmission is always HTTPS-encrypted and with appropriate authentication. In addition to the KENEXOS®-integrated user login, login via Microsoft (Azure AD), Google or Apple is also supported.
